# Dream Career Connection

> Dream Career Connection (DCC) is the umbrella for four apprenticeship programs: Recording Connection (music and audio engineering), Film Connection (film, television, and post-production), Radio Connection (broadcast and podcasting), and CASA: The Chef Apprentice Studio of the Arts (restaurant kitchens and pastry). Since 1989, DCC pairs each mentee one-on-one with a working professional inside a real studio, set, station, or kitchen. Programs run six to twelve months in the mentee's own city. The curriculum is the work itself.

## How the model works
- One mentee, one mentor, one working studio.
- Online coursework runs in parallel with regular in-studio sessions.
- Apprenticeships are hosted in partner studios in more than 280 cities across the United States and Canada.
- No relocation and no lecture halls; you train where the work gets done.
