Advisory Services Agreement

PROFESSIONAL ADVISORY SERVICES AGREEMENT

By completing this purchase, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with DreamCareerConnection, Inc. (“Advisor”):

1. NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT

Client engages Advisor for professional mentorship, strategic guidance, and business advisory services. This is a commercial consulting arrangement—not an educational program. No academic credit, diploma, curriculum, or certification is offered or implied.

2. SESSION PACKAGES

Client is purchasing a block of advisory sessions as selected at checkout. Sessions may be used for one-on-one meetings, document review, and strategic guidance.

Expiration: Purchased sessions expire one (1) year from the date of Client’s most recent completed session. Sessions remaining after this period are forfeited and non-refundable.

First Session Deadline: Client must schedule and complete their first session within 90 days of purchase, or the package will expire.

3. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Advisory sessions are Client-led. There is no fixed syllabus or sequence of instruction. Advisor provides customized guidance based on the Client’s immediate business and professional needs.

4. FEES & REFUNDS

The fee paid is a non-refundable professional retainer securing access to Advisor’s time and expertise. Once the first session is booked or Resource Library access is granted, no refunds will be issued. This fee is not tuition.

5. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Client books sessions via Advisor’s scheduling portal. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be deducted from Client’s session balance.

6. MENTOR ASSIGNMENT

If Client is dissatisfied with their assigned mentor, Advisor will provide a replacement mentor at no additional cost. Advisor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reassign Client to an equivalent or higher-level mentor at any time.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES

Advisor provides strategic insight, not guarantees. Client acknowledges that Advisor makes no promises regarding financial results, employment, business profitability, or career advancement. Implementation is solely at Client’s discretion and risk.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Proprietary frameworks, templates, or materials shared are for Client’s individual use only and may not be resold, taught, or distributed.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Advisor’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by Client. Advisor is not liable for consequential damages or business losses.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Client agrees that any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

By completing this purchase, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
