DCC is a mentorship marketplace that facilitates direct connections between you and working professionals in your creative field. Mentors are independent providers who author and deliver their own session plans; you book and pay for sessions as you go. We do not award degrees, diplomas, or credit. This means no grades, no bureaucratic requirements, and no traditional classroom structure.
Do I get a certificate or degree?
No. DCC does not provide diplomas, certificates, degrees, or educational credentials because it’s not a school. Is this the same as vocational training?

- Free consultation and interview (local): Tell us your goals and budget; meet a mentor in your city or town—no pressure.
- Placement & Plan ($500): If you are accepted and want to continue, we finalize your match and your mentor approves a customized lesson plan around your goals and schedule.
- Pay‑as‑you‑go sessions: Book 60/90/120‑minute sessions as you need them (typically $50–$200 per session, but set by your mentor). Optional 5/10/20/40 packs save a little on bulk purchase cost.
- Build momentum: After each session, you’ll have defined agenda, areas of focus, and prioritized Next Steps with clear outcomes so you always know what’s coming.

Can I take multi-session “programs”?
No. DCC does not offer programs. You book individual sessions at your discretion.
Do you offer remote sessions as well as in person sessions ?
Yes, ask your onboarding interviewer about Remote Session options.
Can I get on-site experience?
Occasionally your mentor may invite you to observe (shadow) or to interview for paid work. We don’t sell or guarantee these experiences. Any productive work is paid by the host company and is not part of your sessions.

Billing & safety? You pay securely through DCC acting as your mentor’s limited payment collection agent; we then pay your mentor. Safety and professionalism are required in all sessions.
Refunds & rescheduling?
Reschedule with 24 hour notice at no cost. Late changes may incur a partial hour charge; no shows may be charged one session. Unused pack sessions are refundable pro rata (minus standard processing fees) for 12 months.
