Dream Career Connection ("Dream Career Connection" or "DCC") is a career-services and mentor-matching platform. It is not a school, college, university, private postsecondary institution, vocational program, course provider, or educational service. DCC does not offer courses, classes, curricula, syllabi, instruction, training programs, educational hours or tracking, or certificates.
No curriculum, clock hours, or course of study.
DCC does not offer structured programs, required classes, set hours, attendance requirements, grading, academic evaluation, or a defined curriculum. All interactions between mentors and mentees are voluntary, customized, and provided on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Mentors are independent professionals, not instructors.
Mentors listed on DCC are independent service providers, not employees or instructors of DCC. They share professional experience, advice, industry insights, and feedback based on their own backgrounds. They do not teach courses, provide structured programs, offer certifications, or represent DCC as a school.
No degrees, certifications, or credentials.
DCC does not issue degrees, diplomas, certificates, credentials, certifications, credits, transcripts, or any other form of educational qualification.
No job or placement guarantees.
DCC does not guarantee employment, job placement, internships, industry entry, income results, skill mastery, or admission into any institution. Any guidance provided by mentors reflects their personal opinions and experience only, and your outcomes depend on your own choices and efforts.
Pay-as-you-go mentorship only.
All sessions are optional, scheduled individually, and paid per session. There are no long-term programs, tuition payments, enrollment contracts, or prepaid educational packages.
Limitation of liability.
DCC is not responsible for:
- Advice given by mentors
- Actions taken by mentees
- Outcomes of mentorship sessions
- Decisions made based on guidance received
Any career decisions, professional outcomes, or job actions taken by mentees are their sole responsibility.
BPPE non-applicability statement.
Under California Education Code sections 94816 and 94840, Dream Career Connection does not meet the definition of a private postsecondary school. DCC does not offer a course of instruction, educational program, vocational training, or any service regulated by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).
