Dream Career Connection is a career mentorship platform. We are not a school and do not provide courses, curriculum, instruction, certifications, or job guarantees. All mentors are independent professionals. All sessions are voluntary and pay‑as‑you‑go.

1. Not a School / Not an Educational Institution Dream Career Connection (DCC) is not a school, college, university, vocational program, or educational institution. DCC does not provide courses, classes, curricula, instruction, or training programs. DCC is a mentor-matching and career-services platform only.

2. No Curriculum, No Clock Hours, No Course of Study DCC does not offer structured programs, required classes, set hours, attendance requirements, grading, academic evaluation, or a defined curriculum. All interactions between mentors and mentees are voluntary, customized, and pay-as-you-go.

3. Mentors Are Independent Professionals, Not Instructors Mentors listed on DCC are independent service providers, not employees of DCC. They do not act as teachers or instructors. They simply share professional experience, insights, and career guidance based on their own industry backgrounds.

4. No Degrees, Certifications, Diplomas, or Credentials DCC does not issue degrees, diplomas, certificates, credentials, certifications, credits, transcripts, or any form of educational qualification.

5. No Job Guarantees or Placement Guarantees DCC does not guarantee employment, job placement, industry entry, or income results. Any guidance provided by mentors reflects their personal opinions and experience only.

6. Pay-As-You-Go Mentorship Only All sessions are optional, scheduled individually, and paid per session. There are no long-term programs, tuition payments, enrollment contracts, or prepaid educational packages.

7. Mentees Are Not “Students” Use this exact language throughout your platform: • “Mentee” not “Student” • “Mentor” not “Instructor/Teacher” • “Session” not “Lesson/Class” • “Placement fee” not “Tuition/Enrollment fee” DCC is a career services platform, not a school.

8. Mentors Provide Professional Guidance, Not Instruction Mentors may offer insights, advice, feedback, demonstrations, and industry perspectives, but they do not provide formal instruction, training programs, or standardized educational material.

9. No Program Lengths or Educational Tracks DCC does not provide defined program lengths or recommended time-to-completion. Mentees may schedule as many or as few sessions as they choose, at their own pace.

10. Mentees Must Make Their Own Career Decisions Any career decisions, professional outcomes, or job actions taken by mentees are their sole responsibility. Mentors and DCC are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on advice provided.

11. Information Provided Is for General Career Guidance Only All information offered through DCC is general career guidance and personal industry advice. It is not professional instruction, vocational training, certification preparation, or education.

12. DCC Is a Marketplace / Platform

DCC is an online marketplace connecting mentees with experienced professionals for one-on-one career mentorship. DCC itself does not mentor, train, instruct, or teach. 13. Mentors Set Their Own Rates and Session Content Mentors independently determine their rates, topics, approach, and session format. DCC does not dictate or approve session content.

14. No Promises of Skill Acquisition DCC does not guarantee that mentees will acquire specific skills, competencies, or qualifications.

15. No “Programs,” “Tracks,” or “Internships”
